Welcome to So-so Artsy Paint & Sip Studio!
We bring to you the 'So-So Artsy' Experience, where we want you to have a great time with us wherever your party happens.
Our studio is located in Northfield Ohio, where we schedule weekly & monthly events and host private parties. The schedule is posted on our website and is updated daily.
Scheduled events may change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. An artist may be replaced or an event re-scheduled without notice. All supplies such as paints, brushes, canvases or any other items needed for the completion of the artwork will be provided.
We make every effort to start each event on time and help each individual to complete their project. The example painting and lesson are used as a guides to follow and each person will be going home with their unique interpretation of the artwork. The finished work will have its own style and beauty that may be quite different than the original. Students are not required to copy exactly as shown and may diverge from the instructors lead. Your scheduled event or party is intended to be a fun night out not an academic course.
TICKET PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE USED AT OTHER EVENT NIGHTS WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT WHICH REQUIRE A 72 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. Please contact us within 72 hours of the event that you are unable to attend.
We will make every effort to place you into one of our upcoming paint party nights or a private event.
Tickets purchased are billed at the time of purchase.
REGISTRATION:
All private and public events are listed and accessible on the website's event calendar. Registration and ticket purchase to your event must be completed at least 2 days prior to your scheduled event. This gives So-So Artsy team members ample time to complete a headcount for your event, in an effort to provide the correct amount of set-ups per person.
On failure of payment for any reason, your registration for an event is not considered complete and your place/date is not held. Where payment has not been made by the required time--the event will be canceled. As stated above, when your event is canceled for any reason, ticket purchases are non-refundable.

LATE POLICY:
The time listed on our calendar and your ticket is the start time. We ask that all customers arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time. Should you be running late call the studio and inform us that you are still coming. Upon arrival our staff will do their best to catch you up. No shows will forfeit their seat when the class starts and will not receive a refund. No shows are defined as a customer not sitting in their seat upon start of class. Should a customer decide not to participate because their other guest(s) or friends have not arrived, that customer is also making a decision to forfeit their ticket and seat.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave that may be abusive or belligerent with any So-So Artsy Staff, other participants, or customers.
So-So Artsy Paint & Sip Studio provides aprons you may use but will be held harmless for damages arising from paint as we expressly advise you to wear clothing that you may get paint on.
We reserve the right to display and promote images of our paint party participants in social media interfaces such as facebook, google+ and other blogs or networks.
Through its Services, So-So Artsy LLC and its authorized agents, employees and assignees may photograph, videotape, audio record, televise, duplicate, and/or transfer to any present or future technology, your likeness, and you agree that So-So Artsy LLC, its authorized agents, employees and assignees may use the photographs, videotapes, written reviews and/or audio recordings prepared to reproduce, exhibit, publish, or distribute in such a manner as it deems deem fit. No compensation will be paid for this use. You also waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown. You also hereby release So -So Artsy LLC and its agents, employees and assignees from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
